The physician managing the practice was well-respected in the community and loved by patients. The physician wanted to spend more time practicing medicine and less time dealing with staffing issues. The physician wanted the practice to be profitable, and wanted the practice focused on the needs of the patients first and always.

While declining revenues can seem like straightforward sales and marketing issue, we saw underlying systems and team performance issues that were holding the practice back from success. We started with office employees and creating a "patient first" office culture.
